The Alva TT is a direct-drive turntable that plays 33 1/3 and 45 rpm records. It has a POM platter, a one-piece aluminium cast tonearm made in Britain, and a high-output moving-coil cartridge with an elliptical stylus already fitted, so setup is limited to fitting the counterweight and setting tracking force.
A phono stage is built in, so the deck can feed a line-level input directly without a separate phono preamp. The stage has 42dB of gain at 1kHz and a 47kΩ input impedance.
Output is either wired, through RCA line-level sockets, or wireless over Bluetooth using SBC, aptX or aptX HD, which lets the turntable be placed away from the rest of the system. The deck runs from a universal 100-240V mains supply and comes with a dust cover, RCA cable, stylus gauge and mains lead. The product is listed as archived.
