Compact 5-inch two-way loudspeaker cabinet built for outdoor installation with an IP65 rating. It suits integrators fitting background sound in gardens, leisure venues, hospitality and other outdoor areas, on either 8 Ω or 70/100 V lines.

The eMOTUS5OD is a two-way cabinet with a 5" woofer and a 1" coaxial tweeter. It is rated at 40 W RMS (160 W peak) at 8 Ω and has a 150° x 150° dispersion angle. The frequency range runs from 77 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB). Maximum SPL is 101 dB continuous and 107 dB peak.
The enclosure is ABS with an aluminium grille. It is IP65 rated and works from -20°C to 70°C. A rubber cover protects the rear connections. A wall-mount bracket, adhesive legs and a steel security cable are supplied. It can be installed on a surface or a desktop, and optional Ecler RAILAPTOR, GROUNDY and CEILY brackets are available. Black and white finishes are offered.
Input is through a 2-terminal Euroblock connector. A selectable transformer tap lets the speaker run directly at 8 Ω or on 70 V or 100 V distributed lines, with power taps from 1.8 W up to 30 W. The recommended amplifier power is 80 W RMS.
