Pico Pitch Fork

The Pico Pitch Fork is a digital pitch shifter built into a very small chassis. It provides 10 shift intervals in three modes: Up, Down and Dual, which gives 30 options in total. Dual mode pairs intervals that are chosen to work together musically. A MODE button cycles between the modes, and the status LED colour shows which one is active: red for Up, green for Down and orange for Dual.

Four knobs handle the sound. SHIFT picks the interval relative to the input signal, BLEND sets the mix from fully dry to fully wet, and VOL sets the output level. SWEEP sets how long the pitch glides when the effect is switched on or off, up to a maximum of 4 seconds, which produces automatic whammy-style bends. Turning SWEEP to minimum removes the glide. The footswitch works in latching mode, where one press turns the effect on and another turns it off, or in momentary mode, where the effect is active only while the switch is held. The bypass type can also be selected.

The pedal has a mono input and a mono output and uses buffered bypass. It runs from the supplied 9.6VDC power adapter and draws 100mA.
