The Rumble 15 is the smallest amp in Fender's Rumble bass range. It is a single-channel solid-state combo delivering 15 watts at 8 ohms through one 8-inch Fender Special Design speaker, housed in a sealed cabinet with a removable grille. It weighs 7.26 kg and is built for easy carrying, with a molded plastic strap handle with nickel-plated caps.

The top-mounted control panel has Volume, Bass, Middle and Treble controls, using vintage-style radio knobs, and a red LED jewel lamp. The look follows classic Fender styling: black textured vinyl covering, a painted metal front panel and silver grille cloth.

There is one 1/4-inch instrument input. For practice, a 1/8-inch stereo auxiliary input accepts media players and similar devices, and a 1/4-inch headphone output allows silent playing. There is no effects loop, line out or footswitch connection. The listed version is the 230V EU model, with a UK 230V variant also shown.
