FINEO FO S118
Passive 18-inch bass-reflex subwoofer from the FINEO installation series, rated 1000 W RMS with a 129 dB peak SPL. It suits fixed installs in larger rooms and complements FO 10, FO 12 and FO 15 loudspeakers.

The FO S118 is a passive subwoofer in a bass-reflex MDF cabinet. It uses one 18-inch Beyma woofer with a ferrite magnet and a 3-inch voice coil, and has no integrated crossover, so it needs an external amplifier with DSP or a crossover. Frequency response reaches down to 41 Hz (-6 dB) and 38 Hz (-10 dB), and dispersion is omnidirectional.
The cabinet is finished in acrylic enamel and comes in jet black (RAL 9005) or signal white (RAL 9003), with special colours available from the catalogue. A steel front grille with acoustic foam backing and extra reinforcement protects the driver, and a second grille covers the bass reflex port against objects being pushed in. Milled openings on the back allow cabling close to the wall. A ball-impact certificate to DIN 18032-3 is available for use in sports facilities.
Connection is by NL4 Speakon, with one input and one parallel output. Ready-made DSP presets and filter sheets are offered for several amplifier and processor platforms, including Lab.gruppen IPX, LEA Sharkware, Biamp Tesira, BSS, Powersoft, QSC Q-SYS and Symetrix. The cabinet is intended only for dry indoor areas.
