AirMon Pro is a transmitter and receiver pair for wireless monitoring in studio settings. The transmitter takes an audio source over a 3.5mm cable, and the receiver sends the signal to wired headphones plugged into its 3.5mm output. Stated latency is under 5ms, and the link is a digital 2.4GHz connection rather than Bluetooth.
The sample rate can be set to 32kHz mono, 48kHz mono or 96kHz stereo (16-bit for the mono modes, 24-bit for stereo). There are 16 selectable channels. Up to three transmitters can work in one location, depending on Wi-Fi signal, and any number of receivers can listen to one transmitter, which suits vocal booths and shared sessions. Pairing is done with a single button.
Both units have built-in rechargeable batteries and charge over USB-C. A Y cable is supplied to charge both at once. The receiver has a belt clip. Runtime is approximately six hours per charge. The box also includes a storage pouch, a quickstart guide and a pair of Scan 10 in-ear monitors. The unit is aimed at studio and content creation rather than stage work.
