The DSL5 Combo is a compact valve guitar amplifier built around a 10" Celestion Ten-30 speaker. Its output can be switched from 5W down to 0.5W, which allows it to be used at lower volumes at home or in the studio. It has two channels, Classic Gain and Ultra Gain, each with its own gain and volume controls, and channel selection can be handled by a footswitch.
Shared tone controls include treble, middle and bass, along with a tone shift button, a deep EQ shift and a digital reverb. A single series effects loop is fitted for adding external effects. The preamp uses two ECC83 valves and the power stage uses one 12BH7.
A 1/4" instrument input and a 3.5mm aux in/footswitch jack handle the inputs. Outputs are a 1/4" speaker output (16Ω load only) and a 3.5mm emulated out. The amp weighs 12.7 kg and ships with a detachable power cable and a PEDL-90012 footswitch.
