M23
Class D stereo power amplifier using Purifi Eigentakt modules and NAD HybridDigital engineering, rated at 200 W per channel into 8 ohms and 380 W into 4 ohms. It suits high-performance separates systems and can be bridged to mono; the model is now archived.

The M23 is a two-channel power amplifier for separates-based hi-fi systems. It uses Purifi's Eigentakt Class D amplification combined with NAD's HybridDigital design, and is specified for low noise, harmonic and intermodulation distortion, a high damping factor and a flat frequency response. It is rated at over 200 W per channel into 8 ohms and over 380 W into 4 ohms in stereo mode.
It can be run in bridged mono mode for over 700 W into 8 ohms. Two M23 units can be paired as mono blocks, or one M23 can be bridged with an NAD M33 for 700 W per channel. A switch-mode power supply keeps weight and heat lower than a conventional linear supply, and the chassis is all-alloy with magnetic iso-point feet.
Inputs are auto-sensing balanced XLR and single-ended RCA. A three-position gain switch helps match the amplifier to the preamp, and a 12 V trigger input allows it to be switched with the rest of a system. The product is listed as archived and no longer sold by the maker.
