A DJ phono cartridge with a spherical diamond stylus and aluminium cantilever, built for turntablists and portablists. It suits scratching, back-cueing and DVS or traditional vinyl setups, and ships with the VNL II stylus mounted.

The VNL is a moving-magnet style DJ cartridge aimed at turntablists and portablists who need stability in the groove under heavy use. It carries a spherical diamond stylus with an 18 µm tip radius on an aluminium cantilever, and is described as gentle on records during scratching and back-cueing while balancing output level against sound quality.
The cartridge ships with the VNL II stylus (rigid suspension, 15 µm/mN lateral compliance) already fitted. Two other styli can be swapped in: the VNL I is flexible at 16 µm/mN and the VNL III is firm at 14 µm/mN, so the feel can be matched to the playing style. The body is designed for easy mounting and alignment on a range of headshells, and is made with ultrasonic welding and robotic assembly of the stylus unit for consistent build quality.
Electrically it delivers 6 mV output, with a recommended tracking force of 4 g and a recommended load of 47 kOhm. A separate VNL Premounted configuration comes on the black SH-4 headshell.
