The GO-88P combines an 88-note keyboard with standard key spacing and three touch settings plus a fixed-touch option. Its 128-voice sound engine offers piano, electric piano, organ and strings tones, with adjustable reverb, and it includes 10 built-in piano pieces.
Practice tools include a metronome (30–280 bpm), transpose, master tuning and an onboard recorder. Two 10 W amplified speakers handle playback, and a headphone output allows silent practice. Bluetooth 4.0 carries audio from a phone or tablet through the speakers and also supports MIDI over Bluetooth Low Energy for learning apps.
The unit weighs 7.0 kg and can run from the AC adaptor or six D-size batteries, giving roughly 20 hours on alkaline cells. A sustain pedal switch is supplied. It connects to a computer over USB Type B, and a pedal jack and DC input are on the rear panel.
