The F5 is a compact active two-way nearfield studio monitor with a 5-inch woofer and an X-ART folded-diaphragm tweeter. It suits small studios and desktop setups that need room-correction controls and balanced or unbalanced analog inputs.

The F5 is a vertical two-way powered monitor. A 5-inch glass fibre/paper woofer covers the low end and a handmade X-ART tweeter covers the highs, with a crossover at 2900 Hz. Each driver has its own class A/B amplifier, giving 50 W RMS / 70 W music in total. Frequency response runs from 52 Hz to 50 kHz and the maximum level is at least 106 dB SPL per pair at 1 m.
Controls on the rear panel include an input sensitivity control, plus high and low shelving EQs (above 5 kHz and below 300 Hz, each ±6 dB) and a high-pass filter intended for use with a subwoofer. The bass reflex ports sit on the front, so the cabinet can be placed close to a wall. An auto standby mode saves power when the monitor is idle.
Analog signals connect through XLR/TRS combination sockets or RCA inputs, for balanced and unbalanced sources. The cabinet measures 290 x 185 x 230 mm and weighs 6.8 kg. An optional ADAM Audio wall mount is available.
