The ACRO BE100 is a stereo Bluetooth loudspeaker that uses a dedicated 32-bit DAC with its own circuit instead of relying on the converter inside the Bluetooth chip. A Class-D amplifier drives a custom 4-inch Kevlar woofer and two 1.5-inch silk dome tweeters, with a digital crossover separating the frequency ranges and dynamic range control protecting the drivers at full output. The Bluetooth chipset is paired with a 50 ps clock to keep jitter low.
Wireless playback runs over Bluetooth 5.0 with SBC, AAC, aptX HD and LDAC codecs. A 3.5 mm stereo AUX input handles wired sources such as phones and portable players, and an FM radio is available on the FM radio option model only. Sound is tuned separately for the Bluetooth, FM and AUX modes, and treble and bass can be adjusted independently in six steps (0 to 5).
The cabinet combines metal, wood and PU leather, with a knurled aluminium volume knob on top that has an illuminated indicator below it. A 14-segment front display shows the mode, radio frequency and tone levels.
