MA400
The MICROMON MA400 is a pocket-sized personal monitor headphone amplifier for performers who want their own mix on stage or in the studio. It combines a mic input and a stereo monitor input, and suits hardwired in-ear monitoring such as singing drummers and keyboardists.

The MA400 works as a small personal monitor mixer that handles two independent sources, for example a microphone and the monitor feed from the main mixer. A dedicated Monitor Level control sets the monitor feed, and the unit can run in either mono or stereo.
On the input side it has a mic input with an XLR Thru connector, so the microphone signal can be passed on to the main mixer. A ground lift switch is included. Condenser microphones can be used, because the unit passes +48 V phantom power from the mixer when the mixer provides it. A stereo monitor input is provided with a Mono/Stereo switch.
The headphone jacks take both 1/4" and 1/8" plugs, so headphones and earbuds can be connected, which makes the unit usable for hardwired IEM setups. Power comes from a dedicated 12 V DC supply, and an LED shows when the unit is on. The housing is small enough to fit in a pocket.
