Περιγραφή

The LINEAR SUB 1800 A is a self-powered subwoofer built around a single 18" cone driver with a 3" voice coil in a bass-reflex MDF cabinet. A Class D power amplifier delivers 1200 W peak, with an average maximum SPL of 130 dB and a peak of 132 dB. Response extends to 42 Hz (-6 dB) and 38 Hz (-10 dB).

The built-in crossover can be switched between 100 Hz and 120 Hz. Speaker protection comes from a 24 dB/oct subsonic filter and a peak limiter. It is intended to sit under LINEAR 3 or LINEAR 5 mid/high units, and it can also extend the bass of an ELEMENTS BIG BASE system.

Connections are two XLR/jack combo inputs, two XLR thru outputs and two XLR line outputs that carry a high-passed signal for the mid/high units. Power comes in through an IEC connector with a V-lock safety system. The cabinet has an M20 pole mount for mounting a top unit on a pole, two MultiGrip handles, a steel front grille backed with acoustic foam and a jet black acrylic enamel finish.
