The T1 EVO Phono is a two-speed belt-drive turntable with electronic switching between 33 and 45 rpm. The CNC-machined plinth is built without plastic parts and without hollow spaces inside, and it comes in High Gloss Black, Satin White or Walnut. An 8 mm blasted-glass platter with a felt mat sits on a larger sub-platter, which runs in a main bearing with a hardened steel axle and brass bushing.
The one-piece aluminium tonearm has an integrated headshell, low-friction bearings and an effective length of 218.5 mm. It is delivered with an Ortofon OM 10 moving magnet cartridge with an elliptical stylus, already adjusted, with tracking force pre-set to 17.5 mN. Vibration-absorbing feet and a dustcover with adjustable hinges are included.
A switchable phono preamplifier is built in, so the turntable can feed either a phono input or a line input through its RCA outputs. A low-capacitance Connect it Phono E RCA cable is supplied, and power comes from an external 15 V DC supply that accepts 110 to 240 V mains.
